Domitian 

Titus Flavius Domitianus 81 - 96

Second son of Vespasian , and brother of Titus. Domitian succeeded to the throne aged 29 on the untimely death of his brother. He started out well
enough, but as he became older, he became more depraved, feared and hated. Murdered.
